T minus 36 days til Field Day!

Had one organization meeting so far. Pretty funny how the people that were begging for a meeting are the ones that didn't show. I need to come up with something real special for them OooWaa ha ha ha !

Looking like we have more then enough radios to have 12 operating positions. Lacking antennas and masts at the moment.

Operators to fill all the stations wont be to hard. I hope the people that are gung ho contesters won't be disappointed that not everyone does field day like a do or die contest. After all it is NOT a contest! I need to stress more that it's not about the number of contacts, it's about the fellowship and bringing ham radio to the public, without running them off.

Looks like Glenn has the Satcom stuff under control. I need to make a few more SSTV contacts do be more comfortable with that mode. DM70 makes it so easy Im not worried.

The most important thing is FOOOD! LOL. Deep fried turkey no prob and elk steaks easy. Pancake breakfast Sunday morning again.

Need to find 2 more sun shades and more tables for this year. I think separating the CW/Digi ops from the Phone ops is a good way to cut down on the QRM.

Working on t shirts today. Gotta order shirts for sure gotta gotta gotta!

Won't send out the press release til next week. Going to attach pics this time and maybe we can get a TV station out to film this year.
